Application means the Turant Loan mobile application and related software used to access lending Services. Lender means Turant Loan, its affiliates, and registered Lending Partners that approve and disburse loans.

Lending Partner means a bank or non-banking financial company that has an arrangement with us to originate or service loans. We, us, or the Company means Turant Loan and the entities that operate the Platform on its behalf.

Loan means credit you may apply for through the Platform, subject to the Lender's eligibility criteria and sanction. Loan Agreement means the contract between you and the Lender (in physical or electronic form) governing the Loan.

Outstanding amount means principal, interest, fees, and charges payable to the Lender on the due date(s). Platform means our website, Application, and related channels. Services means facilitating loan applications, onboarding, disbursement support, and repayment workflows through the Platform.

You may apply for a Loan through the Platform if you meet the eligibility criteria shown in the Application. You acknowledge that we may collect, verify, and process your information—including location where disclosed and permitted—to support onboarding, KYC, and credit assessment on behalf of the Lender. You authorise the Lender to permit us to collect and store information you submit via the mobile application form and related flows on the Platform.

To use the Services, you must register and sign in on the Platform. During an application, you will provide details such as name, email, gender, date of birth, photograph, contact number, login credentials, and financial information (for example bank statements, income, account numbers, PAN, and compliance-related records). With your consent, we may obtain information from third parties, including credit bureaus and account aggregators. We may ask you to update contact, employment, or address details from time to time and may contact you by call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding your application and account. We act on your instructions and in line with applicable non-discrimination requirements. After you complete verification in the mobile application form, the Lender may approve a Loan based on its policies. You may need to sign mandates (such as NACH or ECS), provide cheques, or supply other documents the Lender requires. We may collect physical documents where needed. Disbursement is made by the Lender according to your Loan Agreement.

Approved amounts are disbursed as per the bank account or payment details you provide in the Application. You must repay the Lender on the dates set out in your sanction letter, Loan Agreement, or repayment schedule.

Where you have consented and applicable law permits, we may collect location information to support fraud prevention, KYC, or collections related to an active Loan. Such use may continue until all amounts due to the Lender are paid, even if you uninstall the Application or stop using the Services.

Uninstalling the Application does not cancel your repayment obligations. You are responsible for activity under your account credentials. Keep your login details confidential and use a compatible device and internet connection. We may approve or decline registration at our discretion.

We store registration and application data to operate the Platform. Session features may reduce how often you must sign in. By accepting these Terms, you permit us to use your information for authentication, service delivery, and account security as described in our Privacy Policy.

You need a compatible device and the Turant Loan Application to access most Services. By using the Platform, you confirm you are legally competent to enter this agreement. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Application for personal loan-related purposes. We may release updates; some features may require the latest version. The Application is licensed, not sold, and must be used only as permitted here.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, illegal use, copying or reselling any part of the Platform, uploading harmful or offensive content, impersonation, spam, distributing malware, attempting to disrupt systems or networks, and any violation of applicable law.

You must not upload viruses, malicious code, or tools intended to damage software or hardware, interfere with other users, or circumvent security or network policies on the Platform.

Content on the Platform (including text, images, audio, video, and downloads) is provided for general information. Unless we state otherwise in writing, we do not warrant that third-party or user-generated content is accurate or complete.

The Platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You receive only the limited rights described in these Terms. You must not use Turant Loan names, logos, or marks without permission. Unauthorised use may breach intellectual property or other laws.

The Platform may link to third-party websites we do not operate. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Third-party advertisements on the Platform do not mean we endorse the advertised products or services. Any deal you enter with an advertiser is solely between you and that party; we are not liable for those interactions.

Optional features (such as blogs, reviews, or community tools) may be offered from time to time. You must not use them for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct. Content from experts or contributors is informational only—we do not guarantee it is correct or suitable for your situation. Nothing on the Platform is legal, tax, investment, or financial advice tailored to you. We may edit or remove content at our discretion and are not liable for reliance on general information published on the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if we discontinue the Services, or if your licence to use the Application ends.

Termination does not remove your duty to pay any Outstanding amount. We may continue permitted collection and compliance activities until all dues to the Lender are cleared. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends except as needed to fulfil outstanding obligations.

You use the Platform and Services at your own risk. They are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Downloads from the Platform are at your discretion; you are responsible for device or data loss. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that content is complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability beyond what these Terms expressly provide.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turant Loan, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

(i) your breach of these Terms;

(ii) your violation of another person's rights;

(iii) misuse of the Platform or Services; or

(iv) your violation of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turant Loan and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from (a) inability to use the Services; (b) Platform unavailability or delays; (c) performance not meeting your expectations; (d) device damage or malware from use of the Platform; or (e) server or network issues, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or telecom outages, equipment failure, acts of government or regulators (including RBI directions), civil unrest, natural disasters, power failures, or similar events.

The following applies to cancellation and refunds in connection with Turant Loan Services:

(i) Before disbursement: You may request cancellation if a Loan is sanctioned but not yet disbursed, subject to the Lender's process.

(ii) After disbursement: If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of disbursement, you must return the principal amount as directed by the Lender.

(iii) Excess payments: Overpayments identified during reconciliation are refunded within approximately 5–7 business days, where applicable.

We may update these Terms or related information on the Platform at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this agreement, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with your Loan Agreement, application forms, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Turant Loan regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Claims relating to the Services must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
